1 : Launch Strategy Call
During our launch strategy call, our goal is simple: understand and identify your needs. From back office integrations, replicated websites and all other direct selling tech challenges you face. We want to learn about your project, identify what resources and developers will be necessary, and get an understanding of your project timeline. With our expansive list of developers and skill sets, we can often have a developer ready to start your project within 2 weeks.
2 : Developer Selection
Once our launch call is completed, we begin an in depth look into what team members we have available, which skill sets and personalities would best fit your project and begin sending over resumes and profiles. Simultaneously, we will begin looking into our vast network of developers to see if we have any other candidates. Because of our years of development experience, we have built out a large network and will provide this at no additional cost to you.
3 : Interview
As we are reviewing the best team members and presenting you with options, you will be able to scheduled interviews, get code samples and look at developers work.
4 : Start Developing
Once we have found the right fit, your developer will be ready to start immediately. We provide the office, workstation, IT, payroll and all other services you would normally provide a full time employee. We even provide a manager who will make sure your developer has backup. Our goal is simple, take all the stress off of you so your project can begin immediately.
