We’ve just returned from our much-anticipated annual trip to our offices in Argentina, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. These two weeks were filled with a perfect blend of work and play, where we not only devoted time to planning out exciting new development features, but also had daily team-building activities that have become a cherished tradition for us.
This year was particularly special because we recently relocated to a new, spacious home office to accommodate our ever-expanding development team, which now boasts over 50 talented individuals. Our time in Argentina was not only about work but also about nurturing a sense of camaraderie among our team members.
Exploring the vibrant town center, savoring team dinners, engaging in intense ping pong and FIFA tournaments, and relishing the mouthwatering BBQ prepared by Saulo, are memories that will be cherished for years to come. These moments outside the office environment played a crucial role in fostering a sense of unity among our team members.
These two weeks were not just a break from our routine; they were a catalyst for strengthening our team bonds and creating new processes to ensure smooth development for our clients. We are thrilled about the projects and developments we have in store for our clients in the upcoming months.
